Digi-Me hosted it’s first ever lunch and learn, #VideoIs Social and Mobile at the Digi-Me headquarters in Aurora, Illinois. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the production process and the studio.

The day started off with a small breakfast networking session. Concluding breakfast, the event opened with an in depth presentation about Digi-Me and social media in the HR space, lead by Lindsay Stanton, Chief Client Officer.

Lindsay’s discussion began with information about Digi-Me and our solutions. Next, Lindsay focused on how the HR space is going social and mobile. Then, she tied Digi-Me’s video solution back into how it’s designed to meet those candidates’ needs.

Video is relevant in today’s HR space. Digi-Me is the only one of its kind today that converts written job postings into dynamic video with tracking and analytics. Not only are clients receiving a quality product, but a full service of analytics and reports to tailor their talent acquisition strategy where it is needed. Lindsay also covered how recent partnerships are adding to the Digi-Me product value such as Oracle.

Lindsay then had the great opportunity to open up lunch for the guest where visitors could network and ask the Digi-Me staff questions.

After lunch, the group headed back to the studio where the guests had the opportunity to watch the magic happen. On air talent and production team were hard at work. After another quick studio tour, guests had the opportunity to network once more and experience being an on-air talent themselves. Digi-Me’s interactive “Be the Talent” station was set up and a few dared to read the teleprompter. Professional headshots were also available to the guests.

The event was fun and educational for guests and employees. Others may have been following on Twitter @DigiMeVideo. Or, you can catch the recap on our website in a few days!
