Highlighting DEI in the Staffing Industry
We are very proud to see our President, Lindsay Stanton, featured in the May-June 2021 edition of ASA Staffing Success!
This month, the following question was given to ASA (American Staffing Association) members:
“What are you doing to make diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) top-of-mind in your company and/or in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry?”
Our President, Lindsay Stanton, responded:
“I am the president and board member for Digi-Me, where we create compelling and engaging recruitment videos leveraged by our patented technology. Diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment with the use of video is my life. I work to help my clients tell a diverse and inclusive story about their company culture in the age of digital technology and social distancing. I enjoy what I do because of how much I value diversity, equity, and inclusion—including the culture inside my own company.”
