Tim’s 26+year history in the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition space is a mix of business development in software as service (SaaS) implementations, traditional & digital/rich-media, branding and social media as well as advertising campaign development from both vendor & agency perspectives for Fortune 500 companies to mid-market entities & small organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Vice President, Talent Strategy at NAS Recruitment Innovation and also serves as the Chairman of the Board at Digi-Me. He lives in Frederick, Maryland.
Lindsay Stanton is the President and a Member of the Board for Digi-Me, a Video Technology Company for talent acquisition that helps organizations add new dimension to their job and employment brand messaging. In her time with the company, Lindsay has facilitated relationships with many partners, including the largest recruitment advertising agencies, global recruitment process outsourcers, and staffing firms. These partnerships magnify the organization’s reach into the Global Fortune 1000, providing an effective and innovative solution to the largest global employers, including KellyOCG, Adecco, TrueBlue, USG Corporation, and FedEx Express.
A subject matter expert on the use of video technology as a recruitment tool, Lindsay works closely with industry leaders, creating new and better ways to connect jobs and job-seekers. She has been a featured speaker at SHRM on the topic of “The Convergence of Video, Mobile, and Social for Talent Acquisition and Branding,” as well as a featured leader in the recruitment space through ERE, HRO Today, and major media outlets, including Forbes.com, ABCNews.com, and CCTV.
Lindsay possesses a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Her past experience includes Economic Development for a large Chicago municipality, wherein she facilitated retail and commercial growth by working with the nation’s largest developers. She also has extensive sales and marketing experience working with Fortune 500 accounts on product launches and developing and executing large-scale national retail programs.
Morgan Dudzik is a passionate, dedicated executive in the staffing service industry. She has a strong focus on impeccable service delivery and accountability as well customer growth. Her expertise in operations and organizational development allows her to be a detailed problem solver who facilitates process improvement to maximize customer satisfaction. As a key relationship builder, she has been the lead in strategic partnerships and account development. Her background includes Premier Employee Solutions LLC, as EVP of National Accounts, and Account Executive at Assurance Agency. Morgan is responsible for understanding overall business risks, financial and employee health issues important to her clients. She is directly responsible for the service execution for clients within her discipline. She is responsible to build a client base by adding new clients and retaining and growing current clients. As an effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder, she leverages Premier’s sales methodologies, tools and resources, service platform, and best practices to successfully manage a growing client base. Morgan understands the client industry niche; recognizes the typical business problems faced by clients and how the service platform across all disciplines provides solutions to those issues.
Experienced Inside Sales Representative with a demonstrated history of working in the Human Resource Industry. Skilled in Sales, Cold Calling, Sales Management, Management and Account Management. With a degree in Arts and Entertainment Management from Columbia College Chicago, Jeff spent over a decade in the Music Production Business and Tour Managed several National Headlining tours.
Jeff’s production background brings a unique knowledge and skill set to the organization. With in-depth experience in logistics and set up, Jeff has first-hand knowledge of lighting, procedures, and event management with very strong communication skills. Jeff helped facilitate Digi-Me’s introduction to FedEx by engaging a senior recruiter. Jeff has been an integral part of the organization’s strategy procedures and product expansion.
Meghan has spent the last 12 years with Digi-Me. She started her career at Digi-Me as a Web Integration Manager, where she investigated options for Digi-Me’s proprietary videos to be distributed while she developed metrics and reporting geared towards upsell opportunities. After years as a Web Integration manager, she started to take on the HR Management role. She helped developed policy and directed and coordinated human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. Her more recent role at Digi-Me has been as a Customer Service Manager. Where she is the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with customers. Helping customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. She forecasts and tracks all key account metrics with reporting. She is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, value, and performance on a day-to-day basis. She also works closely with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and foster revenue expansion with existing client relationships.
